  • Քամվելուց հետո առաջացած քաղցր հեղուկը նորից դնում ենք կրակին և եռացնում։
  • Գդալի միջոցով ստուգում ենք, երբ ծորա՝ նշանակում է, որ դոշաբն արդեն պատրաստ է։
  • Վերցնում ենք կրակից և թողնում սառչի, լցնում հարմար շշերի մեջ և պահեստավորում։
  • Թեև դոշաբը քաղցր է, սակայն պատրաստման ժամանակ շաքարավազ չենք ավելացնում։
